More D. Gray-man! Yay!
First off, scan: Dolls - Crimson Comics by

I had originally started on Lenalee like, 3 months ago. I was just going to "smudge-paint" her, but then I
would have had to vector the outlines, and I wasn't up to it :\
Three days ago, I pulled up the original scan, sat down and was planning to vector her completely, but then, after vectoring the outlines, I decided it was time I tried a "full-body-paint-down". So Lenalee is completely painted. It's not the best job, but I think it looks alright. Especially the lighting x_x I was surprised it came out so well like that. Oh yeah, and I changed her mouth :\ I didn't like the original, it made her look rather manish. The background is very simple, 'cause you're suppose to be focusing on Lenalee and her Innocence!
Anywho:
Time: 6 hours for the painting, 4 for the wall.
Layers: 8 (for the wall)
Can someone explain to me why the wall is brighter in Photoshop than it is uploaded anywhere else? It looks so much better in PS! I mean it!

Ah, the abstract is nice, but somehow it doesn't fit with the style of the painting you have. If I were you, I would have just gone with a simple vector instead of such a complex painting. The red seeming colors in the background don't seem to mesh well with the girl, as well. I still like the idea though, it just needs more construction to go with it. :) Keep up the good work!
