Fanservice? Check. Action shot? Check. It must be Bakuretsu Tenshi XD
This one was a pretty ambitious project from me, less of the photomanipulation and a bit more drawing in of background and effects. Did a lot of cleaning up and some reCG'ing for this one... original scan from here, bullets from GANTZ manga, city from NASA satellite images and skyscrapers drawn in myself. And there you have it.
The lighting effects might look a bit weird, but bleh.. they should be darker but then you wouldn't be able to see them and I originally made them a lot more desaturated and shadowed but it looked too boring. Contrast is my friend.

    It's too bad a few words can't give the props for so many hours of work. I guess evereyone's just going to have to post a report! That is some interestingly delicoiouis fun, Furikuu. You can tell this wasn't a project, but rather an image of the mind realized via a computer and hard work.
