Scanned by me at 600dpi from Kuroboshi Kouhaku's 'The Beautiful World' art book in 3 pieces, stitched together, cleaned, resized and page crease removed in photoshop. [Note - That accursed sword, at times like this I wish I had a tablet. Life would be so much easier.]
