Finaly done. Now I don't think I ever did sutch a wall before. Now, how do I begin.
First of, I hade to find the scan. Not easy, I must say. It is hard to find this dujinshi (Memory), even if you know chinise (whitch I don't) but I managed to find this scan od the manga on the oficial Bluebird's Illusion site. (For those whoo don't know, Bluebird's Illusion is a fan-made game feuring Fullmetal Alchemist)
Now, since what I found whas all black and wight and I whas dealing whit a smal image (half of what you see now) I hade to make it big, vector it, use a couple of trics, some layer one over the other, a couple of efects, some use of brushes here and there (mostly everywere :) ) then a few more efects and here we are.
As I said, I vecored Ed and the trease, but I made the sun and the lake from my head. It whas hard to make the lake realistic, but all was solwed whit the help of good old Photoshop and meny, meny diferent combinations of stiles and layer propreties. I also worked a lot with vectores on this one so this intire wall should actualy be a vetor, but the presance of brushes forces me to make it a wall.
I also bluered the planted in the foregroud to vive it a realistic appearance. I'm not shure about the birdsand the feathers. Please tell me if Ishould give them up. Ok?

mainly because it's really well blended with the stock photos
though i personally don't think that the (blurry) feathers and/or birds are needed

The whole wall is awesome, but no offense, the side which you used to decorate the wall is kind of awkward, but the idea is good though.
just an advice, you should try some contradictory color for the side of the wall.

if you remove the feathers and the bird at the right side this would be really, really cool!

Wow! I think this might've been difficult after looking it more. The feathers should've been yellow since the bird were coloured yellow to match the sun.
Second I tihnk you should use the sun flare that's in the photoshop most likely.
The mountains I think look too real. Maybe try vectoring it and use transparency to match it with the background.
Last is I can tell that the scan was difficult. I noticed how the art of FMA don't draw like that. >:D
Still overrall you did work hard on it which I appreciate it. I mean I don't do that much work on a wallpaper. D:

It's a wonderful wall! Overall, the foreground is detailed, and creates a gentle atmosphere. The water line on the horizon I feel looks too straight though . . . maybe a blurred line would have looked more natural? I am also unsure of the bright yellow reflection of sun on the back of Ed's jacket. It almost seems . . . too much bright yellow for me.
