Nice scan, but the presence of grain in the image is very obvious. This happens when the image of origin isn't of good quality or when the image is of small format and you do a very big extension.
Maybe you could obtain publications (magazines) with better quality images or don't you do so big extensions.
Another option is to apply some effects as getting out of focus or blur (for reduce the sharpness). Though, the girl is fabulous. Continues working and thanks for sharing you work.
