Blaaah, this is so simple, it's stupid 
Vectored Hijikata from a scan from Aethereality. It's
so coolio.
The effect I wanted to show here was like, a fizzy dissolution (hence the
title). I don't care if you think I over did it with the splatters and bubbles,
I like 'em!

Its an awswome wall. The colors and affects come out well but the colors are a little too suttle for the character.
It's lovely! The simple approach to the vector is charming and I love the way you move from smooth black outlines, to the body dissolving away. It creates a wonderful mixture of modern with a magical & fantastical element.
