Super cute scan, super low quality, small size, lines through it...what do we do? We vector it XD
I've always thought this was one of the cutest Cagalli scans ever, her face just looks so happy, and I haven't seen it vectored anywhere, so I did it. And after I had finished colouring her hair and face, everything looked so...pretty and gold, which is where I got the title.
Hardest part was the outlining of her purse! Took 2 hours in itself. But overall I think this vector turned out well! (I'm just a little obsessed with how pretty she is :P) So I hope you can all enjoy and use this vector! Thanks for any comments or faves in advance ^_^

I must agree with entity1660, the colours were great. So far this does seem like your best work. :)
I thought what was nice is how you tried something that I've never seen anyone tried. You made a little black outline on Cagalli's eyes (which I loved that part the most. :) ) That was cute how you added caying Cagalli with the cursive. If only she made that coat now. XD Another thing was so cute is you added the chocolate smudge on her. <3 Last is that the title of the vector was creative. She does have a heart of gold. :)
This is deifnately something worth full viewing and adding to favs. ;)
