Yeah..it's a really weird wall
I got the scan here, but i lost the link and i don't know the category either
I was inspired on several stuff but mainly on Brandon Boyd's Tattoo
(he's the singer of Incubus <3)
Oh, i remember i do have the scan clicky
I vectored and i used some brushes from different sites
The textures are from DA! as always

ooh cool idea, and nice vector :) though I have to agree with DREAM about the lipstick smear, I don't think it's neccessary, especially since everything else is so cleanly vectored.
And also, about the 2 bracelets, maybe lighten the outline on the dark one, 'cause it stands out too much, and darken the outline for the lighter one 'cause it blends into the background too much.

surprisingly original, surrealistic and mind disturbing.
the designs on her hand are gorgeous, the vivid red color is stunning, and I do love the detail you put with the lipstick, is very hunting.
you did a wonderful wallpaper, very inspiring. -
