Expression doesn't seem baffled.
Neck too small, should be wider, from the ear line to just further than the chin.

Ahah, she actually seems to be smiling AND crying at the same time ! That's quite a schizophreniac expression :). I'd like to see the colored work, but this one is still pretty good. Maybe her thumb is a bit short (and you might want to draw the finger joints). Otherwise it's really is a nice job ;)
