It would have been nice to extract a little more into the edges and to have changed the hue and saturation of the scan to a warmer red. At the moment the background is much more striking than the scan due to the colours, and the scan doesn't blend in.
Image > mode/ adjustments > hue/ saturation
Other than that, nice brush work and text placement :)
