Finally done. Now excuse me while I go--Actually, let me just walk away. >>
Okay, sorry this took so long. I had finished the outline days ago but didn't get a chance to color it until I got back from my trip. And after looking at the outline, I said, "Wha? It looks so...eh!"
Usually I would start over but I didn't, since I did the outline practically on my stomach in our hotel room. It was scarce I could conquer the desk in the main room from my stepdad's tourist brochures.
About the colors, I modified only the skin and hairs because they were too discolored (Lacus with dark skin? Eh..) Not to mention the scan's outline looks like a bad vector job.

Nice choice of scan. Though I wasn't very fond of the scan, but I can't help it when you make a beautiful vector out of it.
I can't help it, but the eyes I'm still not quite use to the blur in it. It's just that maybe because it's different from the rest of the parts you vector. Another part that it's bothering me is the eyebrown on the left. It's kind of missing some black outlines so it looks like a leakage.
Your vector says series #8, but the description you gave about this says #9.

Well I do know what SakuraShirayuki means by some Athrun vector. I'm actually planning of some Athrun vectors maybe quite soon.

It was of be waiting of entity-chan, since always very good for works, I can observe a very hot color, and a few perfect outlines, I know his work, in this one it seemed to me to see mas thin the line. Lacus's eyes have me amazed, to achieve an effect of stumped it is very important. The waves of the hair are very nice, I would like it my vector is like that of well as his, congratulations and thanks for sharing
