About whats missing... i would think it's the chest area... (*ahem, breasts*), and the shoulder blades (those visible on the front body) seem to be missing as well...
That's really all though, everything else looks great :)
i agree with micki-matsu, except for the chest part.. if you really wanted the chest to be so big, there shud've been more shading:D unless its sagging or smth
I don't mind the breast/chest part. For me, the coloring rocks specially the hair, I love the highlights and shading.

The eye seems a bit bright.
And yes Micki is right about the bones stickin out just below the neck
Your shading seems to be of a guess work though, pointing out a few things, the belt area of the bottom wear, it has
shading at the top and light from the bottom o.O
Light could be used at her shirt, and a little less sunburn on her body.
I guess it's fine... I have nothing much to add to what has ben said before... but well, let me just say then, you have great skills for drawing :)
