Ok, this has been in the works for quite sometime now, just didn't ever feel like finishing until just recently. You can see the original file here - Scan . As you can see I decided to make a small alteration to the picture by making the dress slightly transparent and adding a patterned bikini top under it. I saw a scan with a similiar dress and bikini on it once I thought this would look nice by trying the same thing. There are about 30 layers total on this and it took me about 14 hours tops (over the course of a month or more), I was taking my time doing it.
I'm also experimenting with illustrating her entire body for this picture. I was having a hard time figuring out just how the dress should be blowing in the wind I guess. So you might look for an update of this in the future. Until then I hope you enjoy this.

your work sure is awesome, but...I find kinda...weird that there is a bikini under that dress,
well, in my Gothic eye I find those dresses more good for Gothic Lolita,
even so still a nice work...haha
