It has a nice variety of colours although it's missing one primary colour... cyan
You have nice detail but you need to add a bigger variety of colours since there is more than one character, but I guess your mood to this has a meaning. -

It's magnificent,nuff said.I can't describe how wll done this piece is,it's just amazing T^T <333.And done up in colour pencils,the prisma ones by the look of it.-dramatic anime point- I shall use your colouring technique as a refernece to help improve my skills...if you don't mind that is ^-^;.

I so love their hair... it's so "fluffy" and elaborate. As usual, great job and wonderful clothes design. The faces are really well drawn as well, and you used the blush in a great way to enhance the white skins.
Oh, and of course nice coloring ;) -
