It'd be great if you provided on more information on how you made this...
But yeah it's nicely made. Colour theory wise, though, the red Eva should be right at the front, methinks, then the blue, then the purple (to create a fading/ distant effect), or in reverse, purple, blue, red to draw the eyes to the back.
The text could maybe be implemented a bit better in a more computerised or "systematic" way; at the moment they are placed quite randomly at angles near the evas or on top of buildings- it'd be nice if a more "computerised" feel use of text (like text pointing to a particular part of the eva body, rather than slanted beside it).
The lights on the buildings can also differ to create depth- the distant buildings should have softer lights, whereas the close ones have brighter ones.
