Just a few things you could improve for this scene.
Have the girl's arms bent rather than super stiff, doesn't look relaxing... and you can't really rest stiff armed, plus
her shoulders are coming above the neck slightly even though her back is straight, meaning she's tensed.
And in case you didn't know, guys don't like to sit knees touching each other. ^^

Nyahaha... It's so weird why I keep on drawing couples for no reason. This one? Nothing much to say, I did this for an hour. OMG! I hate the tree... I'm not good with that. Well, that's all I guess...
