Scanned from the Maburaho Special artbook. Yuna in a very cute pose. If I knew how to vector scans I would vector this one. I think it would look awesome vectored.
Scanned @ 600dpi descreening filter @ 175lpi.

its a pity though, thats only in that "small" resolution since you scanned it in 600dpi...
maybe you should try cleaning it in photoshop or using other tools like noiseninja...
