A Vector work dedicated to my favorite character, Cagalli-sama! I've been wanting to vector this for a long time and I finally had the time. I find this scene very cute. I just removed the tears because I kinda ruined the work. Anyway, I had a hard time vectoring this because the screencap wasn't really clear, especially the eyes. Oh well... I still made it though.
