Before everything else, if anyone knows where the credit is due, please tell me,
because my brain is blocked out and I cannot seem to remember. 
Moving on. So- I don't really have much to say about the wallpaper. 
Maybe except the fact that the background looks... "funny". I'm a
sucker at making backgrounds. 
Boys, I know it looks a bit "girly", since it mainly consists of pink
and purple, but please bear with it. I'll pay for your hospital fees if you get
blinded!

Not bad
Cute girl and plain and simple background. Just the way I like it. Although it's nice, it would have been nicer if it was more clear.
The edges of her dress seems rather blurry, which is a problem when combined with the small resolution. Other then that, her face is a bit on the overwhelmingly bright side.
The color scheme works very well though, and the bg fits.
