this is my newest vector! I just wanted to make a wall with this scan but then I realized it had so many pixels and it didnt have the best quality, so I decided to vector it :)
I think it was kind of easy since the last vector I made was a vector from a RGB scan and that is the really difficult one OX but I have never vectored a scan with so many layers >.<
anyway, this vector took me a while since my computer is really slow now... I think the easiest part was vectoring auel and the most difficult was vectoring sting`s eyes, they were so small :nya: I used the smudge tool in the eyes, I hope it looks nicer now :D

Original scan: Gundam Seed Destiny - Stellar, Auel, and Sting by Picaaa
layers used: 91

hope you like it!

Edit: please full view it, thumbail is horrible... and it seems that the update bottom doesnt work >.<

    Wow, great vector, nice job!

I liked how you were trying to keep the vector straight, but the only problem is that it looks pixelled and it's quite jaggy at the basketball part. The colors need to be darker I think because the original scan made the colors too bright.

Vector demon here, to give you some advice, desu~!

For one, the jaggedness of the basketballs. Use the Elipitcal Marquee Tool and then Stroke it with 2px (right-click and select Stroke). Make sure to put this over another layer besides the outline to erase the intercepted lines.

To make the lines smoother overall, make the outline at double the scan's size, and then shrink it down again (Image Size>Bicubic Smoother in dropdown box).

To make a scan darker. Go to Image>Adjustments>Auto Levels to make the scan darker and leveled. If you wish to make the colors more vibrant, go to Hue/Saturation in the same bar to make the colors sharper, very good for washed out scans. Hope this advice helps you on your next vector. =3
