She's cute! somehow the shading looks like cotton candy to me.. very yummy and soft to the eyes.. maybe the thing that you have to improve is the outlining. try more bold strokes and use thin lines too.. good work on this. ^^

Don't complain about the terrible shading/Cg. I am so tired and ticked off with the CG that I won't care anymore. Bleh. She is an unknown character I created/drew while I was in my SAT prep class. Yah... Shows you how much I care for the class hehe. She is of course half angel and half demon... Why? I got no clue. I was bored. XD

A few pointers:
Fingers a re a bit boneless
feet need toes sine you gave fingers to the hand
shading are a bit all over the place, like the leg at the back, there should be shading of the leg in front.
Shading can be inside and not always outsideideas:
good, overused with the half angel/devil
Need the sun since you have moon/stars and half/half person -
