my entry for the 3th contst at Doujin-Arena ^^
well well obviously i would draw Lexas ne?
okie let's explain the doujinshi ^^
i spent bout 17 hours on this one because of the details^^
i tried to maintain the original position of the card...
the clothes are cerimonial clothes from his contry.I got some inspiration on the culture of my own city and on FY for
his clothes
from all the details i do have to mention the little hyerogliphos on the card board ^^
it's a poem wrote on an ancient alphabet from Slad ^^ created by me and Rorschach-kun ^^ based once again on our
marajoara culture ^^
it's a poem:
"To sacrifice himself?
To dedicate himself?
Though it can be a wrong choice...
Though it seems a lack of will...
For a self-overcoming...
Abnegation?
Abandonment?
Treason?
To overcome himself...
The self-sacrifice of a hanged man?
The Truth:
The hidden tears
Of a willing-revange-soul..."
as you can see i used the meanisngs of the card and the background of his story to create the poem ^^ and of couse to fit more the chara with the card i choose to draw Lexas with his short hair ^^
the little "kanjis" were created by me and Rorschach once again ^^ meaning the inverted meanings of the card

I did like this one my dear, one of only of Lexas i liked, people, take notice on his face you'll see that his cheeks are falling down because of the gravity !even on that small details my little baka-chan girl thought of!Very happy i helped a little on this one, hope it'll be well rewarded as you want, that's all, see ye and Tchau-bye-bye! =] -

My my... you never cease to impress me. I know how it is to work so hard on a drawing and how rewarding it is when you see the finished piece, all the time spent is well worth it, I can clearly see the dedication put into this doujin which makes me just sit here and marvel.
I felicitate you for another spectacular job, this is certainly going to be a tough contender and will raise the group's prestige which, thanks to you, is back on it's tracks.

Holy cow... that's a nice entry for sure ^_^. The card looks so good with all those details in the frame, and the poem and stuff. An amazing level of detail as well.
About the character itself, well he looks cool, and everything blends well together.Thumbs up and fav :D
