The whole coloring and theme reminds me of Hellsing a bit (plus the bg guy could be a 'less-frightening'
version of Alucard ^_^').
Anyway, i think the drawing is nicely done as well as the coloring, but maybe you would want to clean it a bit.
Otherwise, neat job, i like the mood :D

actually a splash page for my now defunct manga...done 2 years ago. ( coloured USING MOUSE :\ no kidding )... took the whole day.
