I love Chii's dress! Little sketchy still, but very good job!
one thing for sure, the lines look quite rough. overall, the proportion is ok, but her face and hands need improvements, plus the hair looks 'solid' and not flowing well.
try make a smooth line next time. don't stop until you reach the end. if possible, draw lightly before confirming with darker lines.
btw, i love the way you draw her dress. the back ribbon looks nice
