HI HI! yay! my new wallpaper finally! :D
Today i've a special present for a very sweet friend Kyaumi ^_^ hope you like the wallpaper! ^_^ and HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D
Well now let me talk about the wallpaper:
*1st, i know that it don't has shadows >_< but i tried and i tried again and they were so ugly that i said "ok, i won't put shadows in the wallpaper looks cuter this way" but if you want to say something about them just say but please tell me the best way to do it ^_^'
*2nd those clouds! XD they look funny ne? XD i especially like the one that has "dizzy eyes" looks very funny XD i imagined some funny clouds and i decided to make like this! ^^
*3rd If you notice well in full view of course, you can see that only the scan is focused the rest of the wallpaper is blur, maybe looks a bit strange but the girl is the most important in the wall that's why i put this way.
*4th the kitty steps, i was seeing shapes and i saw that cute shape of steps and i couldn't resist omg the kitty steps O_o i think that was original ^_^' *joking*
*5th the posts of light i think that i could do it better, like the support of the post they look a little plain ^_^'
i think that the points are over XD

The faces in the clouds are so cute~ I liked the one with spinning eyes... but the lines are so thin, you almost can't see them... but it's cute. :D
The musical notes and the cat paws are cute too~ :)
Personally, I'd like to have a bigger girl, so she'd call more attention~ :)

Nice work. And nice vector too. Great use of texture. I can see that you tried to focus on the girl by blurring the background, but there are parts, like on the bottom of the fence looks a tad sharper. But I've to say this wall will look better if you don't use the blur.
