I do like the style that you're trying out here. But I think it would look better without the texture and if anemone was vectored or something. :) But this is nice.

I find more n more that I'm parshal to wallpapers like this... that feature a character with artistic splashes & whatnot instead of cleverly manipulated backgrounds.
