I must agree! You were right that if you downloaded that the vector will look better and it does. :) I really like the smoothing and te soft cell shading you used for this. It's becoming very popular in vectoring with soft cell shading. :D
Well I like the backgorund effects. So simple and using only three colors of blue which are big and little spots. Though if my sister saw those pattern spots she'd be hiding away because she hates spot patterns. ^_^' Well all I can say good job and every vector I see from you is 100% effort you put on them. :)
