Yay, long time no submission here... (so, here goes another one ;) ).

The scan is obtained here in MT, with the URL here.

First when I look at the scan, I got an impression of a painter, who keeps on drawing even during his illness. Somehow the image was striking me with its composition; so there came the idea of this wall.

The scan was formerly cropped at 2:3 aspect ratio, while I usually create wallpapers at 4:3. This fact left me obliged to create the extension for the scan -- so, I added few things and else (or, to be honest, everything beyond the chara's matress X-P ). Apparently, that resulted in the entire room's landscape -- which, in my opinion, has a bit of Japanese-styled atmosphere.

And, yep, as the title would suggest, the chara needs to be drawing something here. With that said, I inserted a picture of his half-done canvas, which is still being done as this wallpaper depicts ;) . I personally like the red-yellow-and-brownish tone overall this wall, it gives me an impression of warmth or something like that... (umm, I'm not really good at describing it, either ^_^' )

Anyway, that's how it goes. Hope you like it.

Nice one... you almost get the impression he is painting the image he is in... the dragon eating it's own tail so to say. Favourite.

Really neat work, you blended the scan nicely into your wall (or vice versa ^_^). One thing though : there seems to be a foot at the top left corner, but isn't it supposed to be a sliding door ? (thus how could the foot pass under it ?)... well i'm not too sure though if it's a real foot, or one she is painting ^_^'.
    Thumbs up :D

This is inspired by my fav Rain scan: Midnight Inks. I like it because it shows the passion of the artist. I also love the colours and the style. It reminds me of a real painting. I can't understand though whether the artist is asleep or ill (I say this because I read another post where it was written that the artist paints while being asleep).
I don't think it's a foot under the slinding door. It would be too ackward...It looks like a piece of fabric or something. Yes...Great work with this wall...It's just as great as the original!

Wow another pretty one. If I didn't check out the scan, I would have thought that the inserted pic was originally part of it. Well, it is really good composition and the background suited well.
