Did a vector of this scan some time ago.
Planet took some time as i made 4 of them. Most of the colors in the vector is painted by my very hand. Used home made textures and default PS brushes.
Time used wall: 6 hours++
Time used on vector: 10 hours+
Layers on wall: 23
Layers on vector: 73 shape layers, 50 painted layers.
Wallpaper PSD size: 500 mb
Vector PSD size: 120 mb.
Planet PSD size: 987 mb.

Great wallpaper, but there are mistakes in their names.
Should be: Nina Wang (Wang with a "comma" over the "a" letter) and Arika Yumemiya.
