Painted it is the best part ^^
Vector on the one that she sat on.
I used the stock image from the MT also from the wallie that i found and sxc.hu.
Mixing with gradient and having play with brushes.

The extraction needs a little work; as her right arm, left hand, and chest have a red border on them. The bg and pier are fantastic though, and you integrated the scan very well.

The kind of atmosphere you made looks kinda cold, lol, she's gonna freeze!
I only looked at this cos it's Spiral ... My fav manga, anime was kinda "meh".Platform you vectored right? Seems a bit pixelated, not that it's a BIG deal, lawl.
I find the background to be overall; messy. It's hard to make out what is going on there.No biggie, just not my tastes. Some people like this stuff. :)

I really love the concept of this. The girl's blue dress reminds me of when Lacus (GSD) wore a blue dress only once though. ^_^' This is wonderful. I like how the lue clashes together. It's interesting that she's sitting on roman pillars with a magical clouds. Though the clouds don't really appeal to me. Just the ocean waves, pillar, and the girl with a lovely blue dress. :D Definate fave. ;)
