That bg is incredibly detailed, and very eye-catching, but it has a weird circle cut into the cloud in the upper-middle portion. The scan, however, looks like it was just plopped on top of the bg; the edges are very sharp and there isn't much integration beyond those ice-plants in the foreground.

Cagalli doesn't look like she's blended well with the background...But I like the latter. It's really pretty, with the flowers and clouds. :)

I like the pigeons...
I get the feeling that the stars behind them are like small pigeons that when they come closer you notice that they are pigeons.
There is an interesting cotradiction between cagalli going to the left while everything goes to right.
Nice brushes...Keep making :D -

nice background :D it blue XD yay, blue is too good XD lol XD i love the starry sky :D just my opinion, but i think there may be too many birds flying in your wall ^_^' it just looks a little odd to me because there are soo many ^_^' just my own opinion ^_^' [hope i havent offended you ^_^' ] but besides that, everything looks lovely :) nice wall~^^

i like the nice composition of the background with all the starry effects and the lovely sky :D its a bit bright but that helps to the magicalness of your wall :) im not a big fan of all the birds you put in since it seems to overcrowd your wall but thats just my opinion [hope i didnt offend you ^_^'] i like the nice colour choice :D nice wall ^^

The scan looks quite grainy. There's also too much going on in the bg. I also think the clouds look a little weird, they don't really fit the wall. Great work overall! :)

The background and concept of this wallpaper is veyr nice, but the extraction still does need working on it. I like how the brushes you add just clash very well together. :)

I agree, the scan can use a bit on cleaning. The scan is a bit grainy and there is a bit of an extraction problem. And the background is too crowded. You can use a bit less birds and less stars. Great work, though. ^^

It looks a bit like the scan was just thrown into the bg. She doesn't seem to blend in real well.

As others mentioned the background and coloring is very well and nice. However, there are pixelation and unclearness around Cagalli specially on her hair. As enchantress pointed it needs work. Otherwise your walli is really nice and beautiful. :) I like the forozen and crystal-like flowers beneath her feet and the way they surround her white gown. It's looks magical and dreamy. :)

man....you are falling in the addictive state of blue....you fell already....is not good, believe me....transform a color in your favorite and make it your walling/artistic color is not good, not at all...at the end you miss a lot of other things to try, a lot of new tones, a lot of fun finding better combinations....and much much more...
i'll have to say that this wall dont called my attetion in any way, is just another cloudy, blue-ish, random wallpaper here in minitokyo.....I dont like the way you used the brushes like I just said in other wall, i can easily tell where you used them...and that's not attractive....at the same time...the scan needs more work on the extraction issue..
you can say I only passed to tell you that as many others you can make the jump to originality....but with different stuff from this. -
