She's a really cute girl, but what's with the cape? She looks like Batman. Or Count Chocula. Maybe that thing on the right is a giant spoon and she's the mascot for a new Japanese cereal.

Althought Henrietta gets really weird during the 2nd Season, I quite like her and this scan is very nice (I like her hair and that dress)
