I have to agree with Sakura-chan's noticed reason in the group. The background looks bad. So much jagginess, I think you used brushes instead vectoring them. But the character is well-vectored. I noticed some jagged parts, but I don't mind about em. Great use of gradient. Well done! =D

I think you should work next time with textured backgrounds, your vectors will look awesome. Trust me. And texturing characters' clothes too. -
