Yay, finally a new wall!
too much school... I needed to get away so
when I saw this scan, I knew I had to do something with it.
I haven't read any of the manga, but it sounds pretty good.
I tried to make it seem a little mysterious with her standing over the city,
shrouded in fog and stuff... yeah...
Well, this took me a few days on and off with around 30 layers.
The brushes and textures are from DA

Very imaginative setting! Although I can see a couple of clones buildings in the background, ya cheat ;)
Perhaps some more 'mist' around by her feet to blend her in/so she doesn't stand out too much, but other
than that it's a strong visual image and is abundantly imaginative. Nice work!
^ I agree with saikusa on the fog part, a bit around her feet will help blend more.
Also, I would of found another stock with low buildings to be more around her, so she doesn't look "put"
in, and more "fitting".
Thought it was grainy, then I looked closer and realized it was a texture.
The wallpaper as a whole is quite nice, the thumb brought me to download it.
'Out of the mist', is also quite a fitting title. Keep up the work, you have a good idea in total. :)

Alot of times you see the same sort of backgrounds used for wallpaper, but because of the different and well done background it makes the wallpaper even better!

All your hard work definitely payed off, as this image caught my eye as I was going around the front page of MT. The concept of placing her over the city with the mist behind her payed off as it seems to emphasize the caption hidden within the mist.
Although I do not know the plot from where this image comes, the caption and the idea presented in the image makes me think that the entire city is her target, or since she is on high she is like a hawk in the essence that she hunts her prey from on high.
At any rate, it is definitely download worthy, and I'm glad I caught it. Thanks for sharing... ^_^
