I do agree with Maiesta that the text is to 'loud' and should likely be faded a bit, it's competing with the wings and feathers for attention the way it is now, and that bit of block print to the right mentioning 'coupons' is really out of place. I don't think adding the title would be a particularly good idea, since the bg is already full of text as it is.
The right wing and upper half of the left wing are perfect, as are the feathers floating around her, I see where you got lazy with the bottom half of the left wing though, as it's edges are very sharp and a bit choppy.

the brushes u used are cool, guess that those letters u used look more better if you give them more opacity for ones and leave the others normal to give more depth

The wings are a bit blurry.
There are the words "IC - Coupons - 10" that I think you need to take out; the price tag too.But I think that the wallie is very pretty. It gives me a calm feeling.
By the way, my fav color is blue too. ;)
