I REALLY think this is a vector, too... It has the exact feel of one... Not to be mean, but it might be a good idea to take this one off Minitokyo. It's not a good idea to post things when there's a high probability that it's someone else's vector, and since you found it on a site that you don't know the language you can't really know it's a scan.
