Comments: I've actually found it in Moeboard yesterday and there is a few other scans I would love to submit, but those artists are unknown to me.
But this one could either be Mitsumi Misato,
Tatsuki Amaduyu or Akane
Ikegami's.
Judging from the way the Upper Eyelashes are drawn and colour scheme, it does
not seem to be Akane's.
Akane draws neater and black eyelash in the
images I've looked at. And colour schemes are less flowing compared to the other
2.
And it looks similar to Mitsumi's To Heart 2.
I don't really know what exactly is Takasuki's style, but I've got a feeling that this is Two in One by Jai-cie-tea in the wrong place >>;;;
