.......the line quality is good, neat lines; skin texture and others are fine.....but one thing that puts off is her eyes (and maybe her face proportion). i'm not sure where you got the original inspiration from, but it looks like the eyes' skin folds are rather missing. plus, the left side looks a bit far upper than the right side, which can be incorrect position.
i think you need to improve the drawing of eyes. talking about eyes' skin folds, it should be somewhat like your previous ones>>http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/274060/, where there are shadows too.
