Robin is indeed a bit slim in my drawing but that's how she is in the anime. About the number of colr shades, One Piece has very few (at least in the TV series). But i will post in a few days a new version with more color shades and maybe a BG, it should looks better :D

I don't know exactly how much time I spent on it, but I think it should be close to 3 hours for the outline and 10 hours for the colors. -
