I was surprised that this wasn't vectored. I even checked the gallery twice to make sure, but nobody had attempted to vector this scan (Well, of the galleries I looked, it seemed no one had). But then I had a sudden revelation why..
*whispers* The lines were terrible *whisper, whisper*...
Well! This I guess is my second admission to my Ultimate Series Vector. I'm
slowly going up the ladder of difficulty, while in between making pauses to jump
over a higher-reaching ladder (in other words going from easy-difficult to
difficult-easy) 
What to say, what to say, huh, I'm never good at these things 
Well...Please excuse the extreme thickness of some of Lacus' outline. It seems
quite icky to me, and altering it would take forever. *sigh*
To compensate the effect of Lacus approaching Kira in a steady dash, I made the background a bit blurred. Hope it doesn't look funny or anything.

EDIT [20:24-2/13]- Removed color leakage and fixed the shadow on Kira's hand (thanks a ton, FlowerDog =3).

I don't understand where you get the time to do these. Even if you are a VectoDemon and are the quickest of us all you still have an enormous amount of time (or you don't sleep eat and/or have a life). Consider this a compliment - I really envy you.
As for the vector itself.... Well what can I say? Neat as usuall. Great outlining, though I'm not quite sure 'bout Kira's expression. I can't complain beeing a Gundam enemy so I'll leave it be. Congrats as always.

Gundam SEED / DESTINY outlines are pains in the butt it's true i made a few GSD vectors too
thehehe hm.. it's a nice vector but you made better ones the outlines are good but something is bugging me ..
I felt guilty not commenting on your pervious vectors and wallpapers.
I don't mind the thickness of the line, but the style of lining changed with
this one. It's more stiff/spiky and less smooth like your pervious vectors. I
can't blame you because the original scan lines are very shaky and you actually
improve on some parts for the original scan. I didn't want to insult the scan,
but you actually made it look better. There are some details like the shadow on
Kira's hand, the shaow is too straight and I think the shadow should of been
shaped differently. That's all a part of the original scan, but you still did a
great job here. You are right, the scan was too easy for you.

I can't believe you're seriously gonna try to vector all of SEED/Destiny scans
maybe you should focus on one character (like Lacus)
first...
Anyway, yeah I'm surprised no one has done this scan yet. and nah don't worry about the thick outlines, I usually get lazy and use thick outlines too
Though I think Kira's mouth looks a bit weird.. or maybe he's supposed to look like he's in shock? Also, the curve on Lacus' leg looks a bit weird too...

lol. you beat me to it. I was planning to vector this after a geass scan I'm still currently doing. I was however planning on making that mouth of kira's into a smile. it's about the only thing I didn't like in the scan. :P

This is deinafely a beautiful vector. I was actually planning to vector this too, but... I'm just too busy. Glad that someone else vectored this. I can tell some lines were kind of off, but it doesn't bother me that much. I think you might be rushed since you did offer to vector other people to request vector from you so I can't blame ya.
Definately having to fave this once again.
