Already the third Sasameke wallpaper -- if I keep this up, maybe I'll get my own little Sasameke category

The image I used as reference for the girl vector was a b&w picture from the manga. Originally she was holding a
freaky teddy bear in her hand, so I had to redraw the nose, mouth, chin, neck, parts of her hand and of course the pen.
I used two different stock photos as reference for the ink splashes, everything else is from scratch.
For the 100 Themes Project @ Instant Noodles (theme #9: ink)
You can use the vector for your own purposes, as long as you give me credit and maybe send me a message: PNG | SVG

I got so excited from the thumbnail in the gallery and I'm even more excited now! XD Nice redrawing of the girl and I like the splatters and floral designs in the bg. :) Neat vectoring and it has that simple goodness that I love so much. >_<

Great use of gradients for the background, but I don't like when it's used for the girl. Nice job for creating abstract designs.

I also work only with Inkscape and GIMP.. so when I discovered Your gallery - I must say - it is totaly awesome. It's nice that you're still working with Sasameke and this few scans... I couldn't find this manga :( Maybe I must look for it deply :P
