Wow...it's been a long time since I submitted a wallpaper, but then again, way back when I didn't know how to vector, all my lousy wallpaper shots ended up getting rejected (only one got rejected; I was just exaggerating the pain ;p)
So...This is a vector in wallpaper dimensions. I've always wanted to make a wallpaper/vector, but never found a good image with a nice spiffy background to match it with. I looked at Nurse Witch Komugi for some vibrant scans and found this one that supported everything I wanted: colorful characters, a colorful background...and other miscallenous stuff I've forgotten. XD
I first started the vector/wallpaper at over 3000x but shrunk it to wallpaper size once I was finished with the outlines. This would make the outlines smoother plus it'll be easier to fill in the color. Blah, blah, blah, I'm running out of descriptions...>_<
(I so miss my large vectors *cry*)
EDIT [21:24-2/10]: Removed barely noticable color leakages.

I like how smoothly the vector went here. I mean I do like the colors you put here. It's very colorful and attracting. :) I didn't expect it that this is a wallpaper, but by the decoration I guess you can consider it as one.
Yeah, I have that problem where I would have to shrink the wallapper or vector because it would be too big. >_<
