^_^' Hello!

Do any of you still remember me? I am sorry I am rather absent... T_T I must finish my university soon and some part of me doesn't even want to finish it cause now that it's almost over I am starting to like it. Crazy, huh? >_<

Anyways I made this "wallpaper" for the manga club of my city. In April there will be an event and my friend asked me to do the poster for it. So this is what I have come up with, inspired by the beautfiul cherry blossoms.
The background is very simple because the poster has some letters on it.
Recently I've been trying around with digital painting. However the first thing I finally finish again is a vector... Does that mean I am in the end stuck with vectoring? I guess I simply enjoy vectors and they work well for the style and ideas that I am looking for. However I still want to finish something painted in the future.

Well I hope some of you enjoy this vector and I also hope that all of you are doing well. ^^

I love the simplicity it has, and the style is way cool

Main critiques would be that the background feels a bit empty. A few more branches/flowers/gradient background (?) might've been nice. It's nice to see you back and yeah I know exactly what you mean about college... definitely live in all those moments since something like college never comes back again >_< Good luck finishing! :D

hi bogen, long time no see something from you, you seem to be having "fun" or at least enjoying your time with university stuff...
you have this style to draw that makes the thumbnail scream your name...is such a weird look you get with your characters but very unique at the same time and even though I find this wall kind of plain or simple, the traditional look makes it elegant and really attracting in some way.
ha I find pretty curious the cherry blossom weird tree you put there, it end up as some stylish cool image.

Of course we remember you Regen! ^^

Oh, digital painting huh... well that's really hard. Unless you like challenging the mouse, I'd say just stick with the smudge tool. ^^ But it doesn't hurt to try, so I'm really looking forward to your digital painted work. :)

This is just nice. Uniqueness. And seriously, it's really hard to find a word that best suits your style of walling. A little weird, but unique in their own way. And I knew at first glance it has to be your work. ^^

Well, what can I say? It's very nicely done. Nothing too fancy, just pleasant to the eyes.

hiya lady regenbogen- sorry for the delay i was away for a bit and am catching up on all the notifications.

lots of comments like "unique, strange, weird" but i love your walling style personally and love to see your original works.

i have absolutely no problem with the background at all- it isn't empty.
i just have one concern or minor crit: i think her eyes may be just a tad [very slightly] big and having them colored black and a variation thereof [inside] gives off the impression that she may have a "dark side" which i think conflicts with her appearance otherwise and the Sakura trees.

    + fav

i notice your looking to do some digital painting etc- if you have the time: consider joining paint - o rama.
oh and on a serious note i hope school is going well- don't worry everything will work out.

    au revoir lady regenbogen
