Okay! Well nother wall! ^_^'
So! I dunno... it just came to me.... got this scan a while back... and really coudnt think of anything.... But then i also found s stock at SXC.hu.... of the city below...
I was thinking of making something bright, and shiny... but then i didnt find anything i have very amusing.... so i just went with teh dark colors...
Some filters for the city... So it doesnt look as "real"
Then aslo, extracted the scan... Oh my gosh... That was a pain. Cleaned it, fixed some parts....
THen edded some of those clouds, and some me stars to make it looks more like the night...
Then added the text. I dont realy know about it... I mean its okay... but i dunno... It seems a bit to green to me... ^^
but oh well..!

Nice wallpaper. I really like the outcome of what you did. The city stock takes up a pretty good amount of the wallpaper and it doesn't look "real", I could never pull that off XD Anyways, I don't think it's too green, I just think that the hair on the top of the girls hair would look nicer if it was a darker color.. But the overall thing looks great! Keep it up :D

For a Moment, i am stumped. I thought you made a mistake by or someone is creating a joke on me with the scan of an upside-down art piece ! >.<
Argh...*smack* I was pretty slow to realise..no...i don't want to deny it. Actually, i am denying it when the surprising truth hit me.
What an Ideology to come up with ! And a Unique Concept ~ ! Plus point, it is a soothing Anime title. Plus plus point taken: Theme Suit Just Right for it.
Onward to the overall review.
I like your Water pastel effect you did on the stock image. ( water effect addict )
The Scan is well done. The clouds are a little bit off. Green ? Green is good for the eyes. Actually, the most comfortable to everyone. Perhaps its the colour intonation on the hue side. To me, this is a good piece.

I love the colours it gives the wall a special look.
I really like the perspective of this wall and the way you blend the scan in the background. Nice work on the background by the way.
At first look it looks strange to me but now I love it.
Great work on the extraction of the scan! Don't know the source but I can see the hair must have been hard to extract.
And I have no complaining about the size. Right size for my PC.

This is very cool! Everything is nice and crisp, just the way I like it~
The colors are blended together nicely and the upside down scan adds some extra unique-ness to it. This is very awesome and is going right on my desktop!

I love the idea of having her up-side-down. You don't see many backdrops where the main focus of attention is up-side-down. However, I can't say I have seen everything out there just yet.

I didn't know a character in shinigami's ballad had dark hair... that little devil tail in her hair amuses me. :)
yes, it is green. futuristic kind of sickly green though, so it fits!
