The girl is very pretty, but she's awfully small. The sky could be a more attractive shade of blue to go with her outfit, and maybe some shadows on the clouds to make them look puffy. This is a good start. Your best bet when starting out is to post a thread in the Sandbox and get advice on it, so that when you submit it you don't have to worry that it will be deleted.
