anyways you know how I work. and here i go.
This being an unknown, i can really research abou the character but that doesnt really matter.
First I'd like to say that the textures match perfectly not like some i can mention which have a high quality scan and a low quality background. Godo work!
Well the mood conveys loneliness and so does the texture and the work which looked like it came out of a canvas. The girl looks like she was about to pour a river of tears.
anyways i have to go and i think this is really rushed buttt:

i love the effects, what atracts me the most is the pretty sky that you've made, also the scan is fitting very well, just a little suggestion maybe you should work with her levels this way her colors would go more with the bg but is really nice this way too ^_^
