Your character is really nicely drawn and coloured, and the hair colour fits the water just fine. I think that adding the title just in the middle, as well as the bubbles and black lines (which are all fine by themselves mark you, especially the title which falls apart nicely) somehow break the mood created by the quiet / peaceful figure of the character.
Otherwise, your lines are really neat, and the whole drawing is good, so thumbs up :D
