Hey hey! It's the Buff!! I didn't know (haven't seen the OAV) that it was in Riding Bean. ^_^' Wish they'd release an OAV for this; just for the otaku out there that wanna see it!! Wonder where I can find the VHS? Hmmm... Personally, I'm glad he changed Rally up and gave her her own series; she just doesn't look good as a blonde. >.<;
A short OVA, this one didn't made it big due to management differences. Riding Bean is the one that started it all, guns, girls and cars. Good thing the Roadbuster made an appearance later in GSC. Scanned by DPG from Kenichi Sonoda's Artbook.
