More experiments with silhouttes, ironwork, and stained glass and cotton. This turned out beautifully.
The version that almost made it without the dots and a black key is linked above. The source is also above.
I extended the source, created the frame, applied the stained glass/cotton effect, drew the key, did some filtering and other adjustments, in about 23 layers. I have seen this sort of thing done before and wanted to see how to do it. The sentiment is: Unlocking the rain and the photograph, unlocking memories.
