I vectored Allen but still left the original image with lowered opacity beneath the vector to make it more manga-ish... + I only wanted to do the outline anyway.
The tiles path across Allen's face is supposed to be...something...but I'll leave it to you all to make your own interpretations. :D
Title is a shortcut of the chapter Title that is on the wallpaper.
"Our belief is our strength" which is also what Allen says during right after this panel (the wallpaper
image). :D
